This forms a clear commitment between both parties.Acceptance of our quotation, whether verbal or written, followed by a deposit payment, signifies the client's agreement to these terms, with quotations being valid for three months from the date issued.Clients are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of deposit payment, during which they may cancel the contract by contacting us through the provided communication channels.WORKING CONDITIONS AND RESPONSABILITIESQuoted prices are based on free and unobstructed access to the work site during standard working hours. Clients bear responsibility for obtaining all necessary permissions and making any required utility modifications.DEMI CONSTRUCTIONS LTD. operates under the assumption of an uninterrupted workflow, barring unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.SUBCONTRACTORS AND INSURANCEWe reserve the right to employ or subcontract labor as necessary, ensuring all subcontractors maintain appropriate liability insurance. DEMI CONSTRUCTIONS LTD. is insured for Public Liability up to £10,000,000, adequately covering all standard building practices.PAYMENT AND FINANCIAL TERMSA payment plan will be provided, typically encompassing a deposit, staged payments, and a final payment upon completion. Deposits secure project scheduling and initial material purchases but are non-refundable unless cancellation is initiated by DEMI CONSTRUCTIONS LTD.Payments are expected in accordance with the agreed schedule, with bank transfers being the preferred method. Our banking details are included on all invoices for convenience.CLIENT DATA PROTECTION AND GUARANTEESIn line with the Data Protection Act 1988, we ensure the confidentiality of all client information. A 12-month guarantee on workmanship is offered, alongside manufacturer warranties on materials, excluding pre-existing structures and materials.LIABILITY, PROPERTY PROTECTION AND MARKETINGWhile DEMI CONSTRUCTIONS LTD. takes every precaution to protect existing properties and surfaces, the client is responsible for safeguarding valuables and delicate items. We employ photographic documentation for our marketing efforts but respect client requests for privacy in this regard.
